Feel like giving up

Hey guys 25M body weight currently at 125kg.
4 weeks ago I started dieting along side powerlifting 4 days a week which has me hobbling around with the amount of doms I’ve been having. I have consistently weighed and tracked every thing I’ve consumed these 4 weeks. On top of training super heavy and I do 15,000 steps a day plus HIIT on my non weight lifting days I’m never budging over 2300 calories as that’s what’s on my meal plan I don’t know if I’m being impatient but like 2300 calories, plus cardio and weights most days I’d suspect at least a kilogram down but nothing do I really gotta eat even less? I also work a very physical job… is there something wrong with me? or could it be my body recomping

it’s getting really demotivating that every day I’m balls to the wall and each morning/week it’s the same exact story give or take 500 grams. Side note I even track every bite, sip or whatever like this is possibly the most dedicated I’ve been to a meal plan my entire life but the results just aren’t speaking for themselves As far as measurements they’ve been all the same. Need advice if I’m missing something I’m doing everything to a T as I’ve got a competition I’m cutting for Cheers guys much appreciated ❤️
