Hi everyone !! I'm tracking calories and have been using a weight loss calorie calculator, I'm getting different information from different sites regarding what my intake should be to lose weight. I'm a 5'3 female and currently weigh 111 pounds, I have weight loss goals of minimum five pounds. I work full time and walk back and forth from work, lately I have been so exhausted that the most I manage is one hour of treadmill walking everyday. Sometimes on the weekend I squeeze in three hours of cardio. I usually eat 1400 to 1500 calories a day
