I am 134lbs and 5’4”/5’3” and 18 going on 19 in 8 monthish (idk, whenever I go to the doctor it changes.) and im trying to loose some weigh. i know im at a healthy weight, but im not at a healthy weight for the right reasons if that makes sense? I’ve always been a picky eater and my adhd makes me forget to eat so id go entire weeks on only one meal per day and it really fucked my metabolism up. for the longest time I was 115 and over the past few months I’ve gotten to 130 which concerns me because nothing has really changed in my eating habits. I still eat once a day most days, and it’s usually just a snack. I’m trying to loose weight while eating more so my body can trust me again and not operate on survival mode. I don’t exercise much but I do dance and play sax in my free time. Today I felt so hungry, it’s never been like this before. This is a aftee a week of only eating once a day so I get it sorta, but my body hasn’t stopped craving food. Even when I was full I felt so hungry. I’m worried this may cause me to gain unhealthy weight that will be hard to loose. I’m alr struggling to fit into some of my favorite dresses that I thrifted so it’s not like I can go buy new ones. this constant hunger also makes it hard to sleep. Today here’s what I ate, I don’t really know the cals or anything (Sorry)
- Piece of cake my sister made with some chai
- Some low fat air popped Popcorn
- 12 pieces of some vegan tofu Kimbap my mom made (which I felt very full from but I was still hungry fsr)
- Ate some edamame to help the hunger
- felt hungry again so I had more popcorn

Even now im still hungry, but I feel full. I don’t normally snack this much, and I feel bad about it. but I’m just so hungry and I don’t want to waste any actual food on just myself when my mom and sister need to eat too. know what I ate today isn’t the most ideal meal plan, but today was one of those days. my general diet is a lot of rice, chicken , legumes, starch (like potatoes), bread (whole wheat cause I like the texture more), fish, and some veggies but I will admit I don’t eat them as much as I should. I eat soups a lot like gumbo, chicken noodle, and ramen (I use the instant noodles but make my own broth using soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onions, mushrooms, turkey bacon (for the umami. also I don’t eat pork.)) and usually I’ll add some lotus root and Bok choy too. I need some adjustments I can make to loose weight while having more filling meals. also sorry if this is formatted weirdly, it is 1am lol. my weight goal is 125lbs so nothing too crazy, I understand that I’m still within a healthy range for my height but I’m treading very carefully on the edge of being slightly overweight.
