And I know the fitness isn’t always accurate so instead I lowered it down to 1000 cause I did push carts and walk for 8 hours. The thing is my deficit to lose 2 lbs a week is 2000-2100, but since I only ate 1600 calories in total for the day is it ok for me to eat another 1400 since I burned the 1000 walking and stuff? Or am I getting something wrong? Cause if it’s true that I ate 1600 calories and burned 1000 of it then that means I only ate 400 calories today right? Does that make sense or is there more to it? Does my body start using fat reserves since I’m still over weight? I’m trying not to lose a lot of muscle. And last thing does it matter if what I eat is mostly carbs and protein?
