Recalibrating?

Hey everyone,

I’m 5’4” and have lost about 40 lbs over the past 1.5 years. I’ve been holding steady at 159 lbs for the last 8 months, and now I’m hoping to lose the final 15 lbs to reach my goal weight.

I’ll be honest—I've become inconsistent with tracking and sticking to my calorie budget (which was around 1250). I’ve also gone from being completely sedentary to incorporating intermittent physical activity, which has been a big change.

I’m looking for guidance on how to get back on track. I worked hard to build healthy habits, but lately they feel really difficult to maintain. Has anyone else gone through something similar?

What worked for you? Did easing in with small, incremental calorie reductions (like 100-cal deficits) help? Or did you have better luck with jumping back into a set calorie target?

Any advice or personal experiences would be super appreciated.
