Hello, hope my question makes sense.
I am very active and have a tdee of ~3000. I am eating in a deficit but haven’t been losing so I am going to lower the deficit even more.
I don’t have a lot of fat to lose, about 20lbs, so hopefully it will go well.
My question is: eating in a more extreme deficit will be difficult because of my activity level. I don’t want it to suffer too much but I expect it to during this time.
Once I hit my goal weight, do I continue eating there or go back to maintenance? I don’t want to gain the weight back and will be worried to increase my kcal again.
