I have tried countless times in my life to lose weight, but after just a few days I have given up, but now I have met someone that I truly want to impress and not be unhealthy around. Starting from today, I’m gonna give it everything I’ve got to lose weight for this person. Today I started with basic training, but I’m not strong enough to even do a single push-up so I’m just starting with legs and doing minor arm training until I can build up that muscle and start doing actual calisthenics workouts. I’m gonna post updates on this but I plan on following through with this and I need advice to know if what I’m doing is good or not.
