It’s been a good few months to half a year where I’ve been on a calorie deficit. (Eating around 500 less than needed to maintain) However I am still at the same weight. I play sports year round almost (softball and volleyball seasons and pre seasons) and constantly do small dumbbell workouts at home. I always move and therefore need to eat more to give myself those calories to burn, but I feel like it’s holding me back. I don’t know what to do but I’m tired of feeling weird in my own body and like nothing im doing is working. Please help π
