So, I’m kind of lost with calories.. I’m a young woman (5’6, 165lbs) and I’m trying to lose fat. I already have quite a lot of muscle, but I have let myself go a bit too far with eating.. Anyway, the calorie calculators say that to maintain I should eat 2400cals. That’s craazy high and I have a hard time believing that. I work out 6x a week (4x cardio, 3x weights) and I usually walk 5-10k steps. If I believed the calorie calcs, I would start eating 1800cals now. It sounds too high, but what do y’all think?
