gaining fat at maintenance?

so basically i lost so much weight that i became underweight but VERY skinny fat. i started lifting weights and doing 15mins of incline walking (speed 3.5, incline 15) for a month. i was lifting before that but not intense. i started eating at maintenance, i eat clean (MOST OF THE TIME), i eat 80-100g of protein everyday, i drink 1.5-2L of water everyday. i stopped tracking my macros just because i KNOW how much i’ve been eating..i know i’m not at a surplus. i’ve been tracking my calories for a year and i’ve learned what would put me in a surplus. so instead of slowly leaning out i’m slowly gaining even more fat and i’m bloated most of the time. i know i won’t see results in a month but i also know that i shouldn’t be gaining fat. i don’t know if there’s a whole other problem or maybe i’m just not eating enough? let me know what you think, please be kind :)
