I've been doing a calorie deficit since February, and i've just started to realise that maybe I haven't been doing it right. I thought that it was just counting calories, but now I think you have to worry about how many grams of things you're eating? (Carbs, fat, protien, etc.) I haven't been looking at that part of my chart at all, and now I realise that it was probably the reason why I haven't seen any changes. I thought you could eat whatever you wanted, as long as it stayed within the deficit. Am I wrong about this, or do I have to keep track of the grams of fat too?
