Been in a calorie deficit for a week and gained weight - help?

Morning all, I’m getting measured for my wedding dress in mid June so I decided to start being more conscious of what I eat and how often I exercise. I’ve been tracking my calories for a week, I’ve been honest with portions and if I’ve eaten something ‘bad’ I’ve logged it. I’ve hit my step goal every day this week and also done a 3 hour hike and a full body workout in between. I drink water regularly and don’t drink sugary drinks. Weighed myself this morning and I’ve gained weight. Can anyone advise because I already feel like giving up? I’ve felt better for doing this for a week but weighing myself this morning has put a dampener on it all tbh :(

Just for reference, I’m 29F, I am 5’3, currently 8 stone 12.2lb. My goal is around 8 stone 8lb which is perfectly healthy for my height and build.
