Back at it (again)

I'm back on the grind officially!! Again...

Wanted to post to keep myself accountable and get the ball rolling.

I had lost 20 or so lbs in 2 years from my initial highest at 155lbs and had only 10lbs left to my goal of 125. But around this past Sept I stopped actively working on losing and just passively maintained because I got to a point where I liked how I looked and was dealing with some big changes at home and work and found it harder to prioritize the energy required for counting. But slowly, this loss of energy bled into not just stopping counting, but also slipping into bad eating habits, losing my hard-earned activity habits, and even a bad period of binge behavior during a particularly stressful period at work.

That led to me getting back up to my new SW of 142. And it didn't hit me until seeing some pics of my face this weekend how much it had changed how I looked, which made me also realize how much it changed how I felt. And how much it was affecting my confidence. (And if you're super short like me you know how much even 5-10lbs can completely change how you look and feel.) So now it's time to get back on the grind of counting and getting back to lifting habits.

Excited to get stronger, leaner, and healthier, and hopefully this time I'll go all the way to my goal.
