I'm 24 and 230Lbs at 5, 11'', I checked my bmi and it says I'm severely overweight. I'm just looking at some advice on how to lose a couple of inches on the waist.
I was previously hovering around 180lbs but since getting an office job 4 years ago and stopping playing football it seems like I have piled on the lbs. I am slightly autistic and have an issue with the texture of food. much of my diet is processed food which i am trying to change. I know the diet is the most important part, is there any advice on how to make this a bit easier or if anyone has gone through the struggle with autism and food?
