Why am I not losing weight?

I started my weight loss journey again 3 weeks ago which I know isn't a very long time but in the past I have seen results by now even if they are small. But this time, I can't seem to shift any weight.

I am tracking my calories and don't eat more than 1500 in a day. I am also doing some form of exercise almost every day. I walk during my lunch breaks (30 minute walks) and go swimming before work twice a week for at least an hour each time and dancing once a week but my weight has not changed at all.

The food I'm eating is healthier as well. More fruit and veg, more home cooked meals and far less processed food.

I checked if it was dodgy scales but it's the same over 2 different sets.

I'm not on any medication that hinders weight loss. In fact, I'm on methylphenidate for my ADHD and that dampens your appetite so should only help. And I'm definitely not pregnant.

I am getting really discouraged because I should be losing at least 1lb a week but so far absolutely nothing.

What could be the reason I am not seeing any results?
