Hi there. I would love some advice/wisdom/clarity. I’m struggling to understand my body and deal with fear of weight regain.
I’ve lost 20kg/40lbs in the last year. I’m Now trying to maintain my weight for the last couple of months.
Two weeks ago I had a bad experience that really stressed me out. I felt as though I couldn’t eat over much of that week because I was so upset all the time and when I weighed in on the Monday morning my weight had dropped by more than a kilo.
Over the next two weeks I’ve felt so hungry and the stress has continued. I’ve been trying to adjust when I eat loads of sugar but the scales are saying I gained a kilo in the last two weeks.
Am I just massively overeating here? I feel as though I’m not really in control because I’ve been working out 5 days a week and walking, doing my best not to binge, but this weight gain feels fast.
Any advice on how to understand and reset would be really welcome 🙏
