What habits do you find just won’t stick?

I’ve been working on drinking more water for the last year and it still hasn’t become a habit or in anyway natural! I still have to force myself to drink 2 litres a day (I know I need more but I’m setting achievable goals because I need the small wins for my mindset). I just don’t get thirsty or naturally reach for water despite being very active. It’s so weird that it hasn’t become a habit.

Other things have been way easier to make habitual and less effort - like exercise, meal prep and food logging.

Does anyone relate or have something that just won’t become ‘natural’? Maybe it takes years of consistency?
