What do you do once you reach your goal weight?

Like. How do you then handle things? Just before Christmas I was 185. Last Wednesday I finally reached my goal of 164. (Of course my time of month is about to happen, and I always gain 1-3 pounds before and then lose it right after. This morning I was 165.) but yeah. Reached my goal of 164.

I cut out sugar and alcohol for the most part and ate smaller portions and didn’t snack at all. I amped up the exercise which I want to continue with for sure. But how do I handle wanting the occasional meal “splurge” or occasional sweet treat now that I’m at my goal? I cut that stuff out for so long it feels like (only three months though). Is it ok to have the occasional “splurge” as long as I don’t overdo it?
