Okay, I don’t know if this is just how it works, but, I’ve been in a calorie deficit for just a bit over a month now and have lost 5lbs.. but it’s very clearly all from my thighs and none from my arms or stomach(which is where I’d really like to lose weight).
I know you can’t spot reduce or whatever, but I’m just confused. Is this normal? Like just genetics? I know it’s only been a month into my weight loss, so I’m guessing I should wait it out and see what happens, but I’d really rather not lose any more weight in my thighs.
