Hello there. I'm new to this group and am seeing alot of helpful information and I'm hoping for some help in my health journey. So I'm currently 33, about to be 34, I'm about 5'4, and I presently weigh 215lbs. I'm also 6 weeks postpartum (I have my 6 week old, a 2.5 yr old, and a 15 yr old) and have been given the all clear to start working out. Prior to this last pregnancy I weight 138 lbs. I was concerned I'd get gestational diabetes again so I spent my pregnancy on a low carb low, then once diagnosed no, sugar diet and maintained my weight the whole pregnancy, resulting in my postpartum weight of 215. I'm still keeping a low carb low sugar diet but I'd like to start working out. I live in a apartment complex and take daily walks with my kids but I'd like to use the small gym they have. Some equipment they have is -elliptical machine -treadmill -leg press -multi leg curl -multi pull machine -multi press machine
What's the best routine to use these to the best result? I'm also open to anything not requiring these machine, but I don't have any free weights or anything like that.
I'd really appreciate any help. I look forward to continuing my journey.
