as title says, how to find motivation from moving away from the sofa? all day in couch, working from the couch. Want to go to the gym, want to go for a walk, but can't.
Want to work from my home office, but I'm all day lazy working from the sofa, except for meetings when I sit on the couch.
I weight 110kg and want to go back to my original weight of 75kg. I really don't know how to start. I feel very lazy lately.
Even that I stopped eating shit, I want to feel more active, have a routine and be more a person who works and feels productive.
