Other than gum does anyone have legit ways to stop late night cravings! I try to go to bed early but for some reason my self control has become worse, I thought living in an indgredient household would help but I've resorted to eating too many "healthy" snacks at night ðŸ˜
I'm doing really good at intermittent fasting like not eating until 12 but I can't seem to stop after 8 or 7! Watching mukbangs do not help either, I feel stuck! Honestly disappointed with my lack of self control even though I feel I have clear motivators! It doesn't help that my family and friends bring good food/snacks to me either.
