I wanted to write this to let you know I overcame an eating disorder. I originally created a thread, “is it better to eat less or work out more”, in the midst of borderline anorexia. I made sure I chewed gum for 30 mins to expend the 5 calories in gum. I took Benadryl at 5PM to avoid eating dinner. I walked 10 miles around the lake to compensate for dinner the night before. I’ve gained a healthy 5-10 pounds since then and I’m happy. I still eat less than I should (1 meal a day) because I worry about my weight, but I am much better.
