Last year I lost 70lbs. I am still 20lbs away from my ultimate goal weight. I decided to take a weight loss break before the holidays, managed to maintain my weight (except for gaining a couple of pounds on a recent vacation) but now I want to get back on track but I'm scared that my head doesn't really feel in the game anymore. Any tips to get focused again?
I have to say, it's hard for me to remember how I got there the first time haha. I find that for me, the mental state is the most important thing but changing your mental state is so hard. I am glad I have figured out enough to be able to maintain if nothing else but I don’t want to just rest on this when my goal is so much closer than my starting weight. 20lbs isn’t nothing but compared to the 70 I already lost it seems like a relatively small amount!
Thanks in advance for any insight!
