(Not selling) I am looking for men who want to lose weight together

Since mid 2023 I have put on about 15kg of weight. It is mostly fat. From exercising 4 times a week now to only once in two weeks. I am struggling but I am not giving up.

A key aspect of exercise and fitness towards goals is accountability. I am not in a financially lavish position to splurge on a PT. I generally know the different training methods - LISS, VO2 max, compound lifts and calisthenics - I have studied and completed courses on exercise health and fitness before.

But now I need to take action and I want to have a crew with me. I am a new parent and if you are in a similar boat and want to take action let's do it together.

How will it look like?

I will cap the group to maximum 5 members including myself. We will first begin on a call to share about our motivations and reflect on it. Next through a simple calculator - we will calculate the calories we need per day. Basically goal weight maintenance calories. Thereafter - we will split the calories to protein, carbs and fibre - that will be our goal. The main aim is to limit the carb intake and maintain the protein goal.

We will also have a discussion on what kind of exercise equipment we have access to. For me just dumbbells, pull up bar, dip bar ( under my block) and run on road.

Confirming our diet and exercising routine - we will have a weekly group call and daily check-ins via WhatsApp/Telegram updating on our meals and our exercises completed.

I need a crew with me.
