Hei i am 40 male 6.6 feet normal built but the belly is huge 42 inch (was 44) 2 months ago but I feel it's very slow progress. So far I did. Start weight 106 kilo 44 inch waist/belly. Cut my calories alot More protein in the diet Fruits and vegetables Lots of water No sugar, sugary drinks or processed food. Lifting weight 2/3 times a week. Walk 10k and run sometimes Results so far 2 inch reduction in belly fat and down 3 kilos in 2 months l. Am i impatient or am doing something wrong? I want to shred bellyfat fast and maintain muscle. Shall i run more and risk loosing muscle or lift more? Or shall i cut more calories even further? What's your advice thank you
