SW: 280lbs CW: 231.4lbs
I'm sure you all know this, but just a reminder that fluctuations happen, especially around the festive season.
Just before Christmas, I hit my new lowest weight so far. Then I had (admittedly more than I intended) a couple of days off calorie restriction. The Friday after Christmas, I had only "put on" 2lbs. Unfortunately, I did keep making not the best choices and slowly crept up almost back into the 240s.
Just over a week after Christmas and New Year's, and I'm back to my lowest weight!
Getting back on track can be hard (especially if you've had the binger's all or nothing mindset for most of your life) - zooming out to see the bigger picture has been saving me.
