Hi I'm new here, I'm 108kg, 187cm and male, I walk 7km~ daily and Google fit says I burn 500 calories doing that, tdee calculator says for daily exercise my tdee is around 3400 but is that accurate? I eat 2500 calories (burning the 500 and ending up with 2000) and I want to lose 1kg a week, I'm really committed and if anyone has any recommendations for the amount of calories I should be consuming to lose 1kg a week I can easily change my diet, I have no problems with binge eating or any eating disorders so I'll stick to the diet easily
