Hi, I’m 23 year old 260 pound 5’6 woman with knee problems (for example, it hurts when I squat. And sometimes if I move it wrong it feels like something pops out and goes back in immediately. When it happens, it hurts and causes swelling. I’ve yet to find someone who can help that accepts my insurance, maybe losing some weight will help.) :)
Someone close to me recommends that I start working out to see if it’ll help with my mental health. I’m not really one to go out so I don’t have lots of clothes. Especially gym ones. I wanna use the stair master, treadmill and elliptical thingies for cardio. And the assisted weight machines for muscle stuff. What shoes do you guys think would be best for someone like me? I should also mention the cheaper, or more budget the better.
Also, where do you think I could find sweats of this style? I feel like it’s the only style of gym wear that I’ve ever felt safe in. We used to wear it for gym class when I was a kid (but in gray), and I don’t like how modern clothes fit. Due to some trauma I don’t feel cozy wearing anything else. Do you know where I can get some budget yet good quality sweatsuits like this? And do you recommend them?

Thanks for your help :)
P.S. Sorry for any grammatical errors or anything. My meds kinda makes my brain feel weird. But it’s helping the depression and stuff :D
