I started my journey this February, and I an starting to wonder what will I do during the holidays. We will be spending 1,5 weeks at the grandparents. 😅 There will be ALOT of food an sweets and alcohol. 👀 So it is mission impossible not to gain some weight. I‘m not stressing but wondering if you have some plan to minimize the gain. The alcohol will be the bigger issue because I don’t drink. And I only drink at my mother-in-law because drinking before meals is kind of a ritual there. But I don‘t really enjoy it that much and it has a lot of calories 🤦🏻♀️ So I will try to keep food in control. Maybe I will drink some. I don’t want to offend anyone and in January I will go back to my healthy habits and exercise 💪🏻 (this is not a New years resolution 😂) How do you navigate the holidays? 😃
