I knew that i should, i was always just too lazy to walk to the living room when putting on my clothes in the morning, especially since its cold now and i dont want to be naked and cold.
This morning however i tried it out. I walked there really quickly and weighed myself and I'm really glad i did. I couldn't believe my eyes when the scale said 64.8kg. Even though thats still close to 65kg, im still happy to have gotten below it.
My first thought was, oh nice i lost some water weight even though ive had a snack before going to sleep.
Then i wanted to do something funny. After getting dressed and continuing my morning routine as usual, i was in the living room. At the time i usually weighed myself, i was always funny dressed, had my phone in my hands sometimes, a belt and such. I decided to step on the scale again, expecting like a 300g difference.
Nope, turns out i was completely wrong. 1kg of difference. Just because of clothing and such. I was shocked. And i still am.
I could have been a kg lighter every day if i would have weighed myself without clothes on. Well, guess i will be sprinting to the living room in the cold after all...
