I left out my current weight because I haven’t weighed myself in a few months but the last time I did I was around 210. I try not to focus on the scale too much or I get in my head but I can tell by the way my clothes fit and how much more energy I have, working out doesn’t hurt, and people compliment the loss.
At 236 my maintenance was about 1,700 so I’ve stuck to that, even to this day, but I find myself not constantly feeling the urge to eat and not as hungry as I used to be as well as getting fuller quicker, as a result i’ve noticed my daily caloric intake drop down to about 1,200-1,300 but the thing is I feel totally fine with just that, even after the gym. I do cardio 4x a week and 1 day of weight training but my concern is burning the calories and ending the day at something as drastic as 900-1,000 calories. Is this something that’s sustainable?
I’ve also noticed that on my cheat days I can’t eat as much as I used to before, it has to be at least half or less and i’m already full.
