Hey y’all, I’ve been helping my husband loose weight and inches(mostly aiming for inches). We have tried a few different things but not many as there is a time limit sadly. My husband is trying to get into the military and needs to loose roughly .5-1 inch still. He’s already lost roughly 3-4inches in 3-4 months which is great. That last .5-1 inch is just really not wanting to go away. His diet is low to no carbs and sugar with a calorie deficit. Plus cardio only. We were doing a full workout at first but after 2 months he had gained 3 inches which was insane.. we started only doing cardio after that and the inches in the tape measure were shrinking!!! Now things have stalled it seems.. any advice??
