Okay so I'm not overweight and most of my stomach is flat, but I've got a little pouch so to speak on my lower stomach. A lil hill. My mum told me she always had it no matter how much she worked out to get rid of it. I hear its really hard to flatten that part of your stomach out with exercise.
Anyone use non surgical procedures like coolsculpting etc? I'd literally just want help flattening that out. I also have rolls when I sit which I realise is natural but I've seen flat stomached girls sit and have very little folds, sometimes just creases and 0 rolls. My visceral fat thing stats are 2 so might be that I have more fat stored in my stomach than what I can see.
Anyways any tips would be great :)
