I have told myself if I can ever get myself looking decent again, I would consider dating but its been horrible. Still overweight. Not going down at all. Doesnt help that there barely much healthy food in my fridge and shit. I am trying to not give up so this is my final plan to lose weight. So I can finally make myself look like a normal person.
I am going to give up on eating mayo. What is some other stuff I should drop from eating?
Also may be time I quit diet sodas and just start going hard on water.
Does Exercising actually help you lose weight. Reddit seems to be convinced that it does not but everywhere else seems to suggest its the gold standard for losing weight along with calorie counting,
I am dropping lunch, too many calories not worth it anymore. I am going to start getting really strict on myself to lose this weight. I am not sure if my protein shake in the morning is a good idea.
I am curious, what are some things I should be sure to avoid that may be more calories than I realize. I know Peanut Butter is one. And any other advice, feel free to share. I just wanted to post this so it will be on my mind.
