Up until August I was weightlifting and running 6 days a week. Out of the blue I developed some debilitating health issues and I’ve been told by my physical therapist to avoid running, weight lifting, yoga, and Pilates. I’ve gained some weight recently from being basically bedridden and just want to get back on track. Has anyone had success losing fat with just walking alone? This is the only exercise I’m capable of at the moment:( Feels like my life got flipped upside down in an instant… God I miss running and the gym… I’m only 22 :///
