I’m really worried about lose skin when I lose weight does anyone know in my situation how bad it will be?
I’m 20 and at one point I was 450 pounds I’m down to around 350 and I wanna continue I’m obsessed with losing weight at this point I’m very worried about the lose skin tho I can’t really tell if I have it now I don’t really know the difference between fat and lose skin I do notice very faint stretch marks tho mainly just on my shoulders I’m really worried about lose skin tho I know u should be accepting of how u look but i would like to look how i want to if that makes sense does anyone have any tips on how to minimize lose skin? I’ve heard building muscle should i wait until I’ve lost all the weight to build muscle or should i do both at the same time? will the skin be very noticeable or am I young enough u won’t be able to tell
