F47, ~50 lbs down, crappy knees.
Been maintaining at my current weight for about a year. Starting the final push now to get rid of the last ~20 lbs / 9 kg I want to jettison, and I suddenly have exciting plans for the spring:

Endurance, no problem. I've walked hundreds and hundreds of miles in the last year and a half. Knees, kind of a problem. Elevation, maybe also a problem.
One friend is a fit soldier and the other is a fit woman about 6 years older than me. I refuse to embarrass myself in front of them, or be the one to slow them down. So I'm about to start doing real cardio, and I've started adding in at-home exercises to help with the crappy knee situation.
Trouble is, I have absolutely no idea how to log the at-home exercises in MFP. Here's a representative sampling. Anyone got any pointers?
