So I’ve noticed that it’s been easier for me to not eat as much terrible food but not to start drinking water. It was easier than expected to give up pop (for the most part) but I still can’t find it in myself to drink more water. So if anyone has any tips or tricks on how to make water not such an issue for me. Because I drink around 2-3 bottles a day but I know that that’s not nearly enough for everything to be running smoothly. It’s not a taste thing- as long as the water is cold, I don’t really mind. But it’s just getting myself to drink that much. Even before I started this whole thing, I didn’t drink more than a can or two of pop a day. But that would be the only thing I drank at all for the day.
