I’m a 6’3, 284LBS, 24 year-old male that finally decided to do better for myself and started a diet / workout plan. I’ve been categorically obese for the majority of my teen/adult life, and with the inspiration of some good friends I finally decided to start taking my health serious. I used ChatGPT as well as the MyFitnessPal app to devise a meal plan as well as a workout routine and I’ve been following it for a week now. I’m just putting this out there for anyone else who thinks they are at such a low point in their life to where they do not think it is possible to change their situation, and let me just say YES IT IS!!! If I can commit and continue this journey, so can you.
I will continue to update weekly if I remember. And just reminder: It’s either I’ll start one day, or I started day one. You might as well start now, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I hope this can motivate someone how my friends motivated me.
