I am 29 F with 161cm height and weight around 75kg and want to lose atleast least 20 kgs. I am currently on 1200 calorie diet and my maintaining weight calories is around 1900. I walk at average speed( 1000 steps in 5 minutes) for 30 minutes or an hour. I am not a very active person so, I tire very fast and my muscle strength isn't that gud. So, shud i start with growwithjo's 3/5 miles workouts to lose weight ( has anybody seen result with it?) cuz I want to lose weight fast ( someone's wedding) but, I want to take my time building strength like toning arms etc. to hat do u all suggest?
