Hi, I’m a 25-year-old woman, 4'11" in height and 52kg (114 pounds). I’ve always had a bit of belly fat as long as i can remember and over the years, it has only increased. At one point, I gained a lot of weight but managed to lose around 9-10kg just by walking and diet only. I’m quite petite and feel that the rest of my body is fine, and I don’t want to get too skinny. However, no matter what I do, I can’t seem to lose my belly fat. I rarely eat junk or processed foods and limit my intake to 900-1200 calories a day, sometimes even less. I don’t have time for the gym, but I do cardio and strength training at home five days a week. And no am not on any medications. It feels like, despite my efforts and food restrictions, I’ll always be stuck with this belly fat. I’m so frustrated that I feel like giving up on working out . Please tell me is it impossible for me to lose belly fat at this point?
