Hello, I have been trying to better my lifestyle pretty much all around by improving my relationship with food, exercising more, more of a routine, etc… And also to get more fit as well. It's been a struggle of mine to the say the least with being consistent and achieving success in this process. Especially due to having a somewhat poor relationship with food and eating. I think that hearing other people’s experiences/ advice that has helped motivate them may help me as well in moments of doubt or hardship throughout my journey of trying to be improve my life and myself.
