To keto or not…
I’ve had good results in the past with low carb / keto. Now I would like to lose another few pounds and get more toned plus build up some muscles. Would it be better to do keto / low carb again or just count calories?
Please also explain why. I’m pointing at low carb / keto again but I’m in doubt since I won’t be able to eat much potatoes / rice and other things I do like.
Would low carb and workout be a good combination or would it be better to do calorie counting combined with the workout?
