Losing weight plan

Hi, Just hoping someone can double check I’m getting the right calories? I’m thinking it’s around 2200? I’m 6’1, 116kg/255lb, not very active.

Is that the right amount of calories for me to lose about 2lb/week please?

Also, I’m planning to do porridge protein for breakfasts, ready meals for lunch and doing food prep every week for dinner.

Any ideas what food I should I make for the prep? Thinking of doing Chicken and Mince Meat as my 2 protein as I don’t really like beef and pork. Any other protein suggestions? Also going with sweat potato, rice and maybe mash for carbs and some kinda salad in them.
