As of right now I am a 5’11 Male who is 18 that weighs in the 310’s lb area (I don’t know exact because I no longer own a scale). I have tried doing Omad, or just eating less than the usual day. I usually end up breaking this streak within a week and overeating because I cant tell no difference (I know it doesn’t happen overnight but i still give up). Anyways, I need help on what to do to lose weight and stay consistent. I have been bigger all my life and I wanna live a healthy lifestyle. Any tips or recommendations for anything would help me so much.
