Help with lost muscle and starting over

Lemme give a run down

I’m 14 boy SW-206 N-166-161

I have lost 43-45 pounds between march and June it fluctuates but I only did it by walking 400 calories a day with little to no weight lifting I still very much have fat around my stomach so I’m starting over I know I lost a good amount of muscle because I never prioritized weight lifting I wanted to see results quick because I really hated how I looked I’m working on my mental health more.

My family told me to stop eating low calories because I was only eating 1400 calories a day so I could lose 2 pounds a week and I didn’t prioritize protein really I tried to get it up as best as I could. My brother told me to start lifting but I can only go to the gym on Thursday through Saturday and working out at home never really had my appeal but I am now when I can’t go to the gym.

I want to gain a bit of muscle while losing fat and right now I’m eating 1860 calories now which is good for me and I’m prioritizing protein with 132 grams a day.

I’m hoping to get back what I lost and wanting to lose fat around my stomach and thighs I’m hoping this goes right.
