So last month I accidentally pigs out for 4 days and went straight back into calorie deficit after. Thankfully, my weekly calories for that one week averaged out to a maintainance while the rest of the month was on deficit. In the end, I still managed to lose 3lbs which is pretty on track for my goal.
This month I decided to test it out again. I've been eating at maintenance for the first 7 days of September and I'm gonna go back into deficit tommorow. Hopefully the trend continues, fingers crossed! 🤞
My goal is a slight weight loss with muscle gain so I'm using that one week to increase my protein intake too.
Have anyone else tried this method? If yes, what were your results like?
