4"11 112lbs 21 female. My goal is to reach 100lbs. I've been on a strict diet for a month now, I'm eating 1000-1100 kcal a day and taking 90-110 grams of protein daily.
I have been going to the gym for a year and half now so I lift weights 4 times a week and get my daily 10k steps. I have not lost any weight and even my measurements are still the same. I even cut off carbs for a week and nothing happened.
What am I doing wrong? I know it takes time Ive lost some weight before but a month is enough to see a slight change. This is never happened to me when I tried to lose weight before.
