Finding pace of eating is crucial in beating hunger.

Long time lurker first time poster, I really enjoy the positivity and support of this community. Just a small thing I have noticed, I have previously lost weight through calorie counting and it has been successful but a struggle for me was dealing with hunger. This time around I have been focusing on meal prep, calorie counting, and cardio. As I was scrolling an Instagram page for people with ADHD I saw a post reminding people to slow down and eat their food to reduce hunger. I reflected that I usually consume food at the speed of sound and made a conscious effort to eat slowly and chew my food properly. I have noticed a massive difference to my hunger and digestion. I am 15 kilos down and I don't think I've been uncomfortably hungry for an hour the whole time. Just a bit of a tip for my fellow speed eaters out there, good luck everyone on your journeys.
